Unpacking inspection of products
1. The box outside the box should be carefully checked for its serial number in front of the box. The shell size and discharge point should be marked with the serial number, which matches the specifications of the barrel body.
2. If the outer shell is damp and the drug inside the launch packaging leaks or cracks, do not fill it up to avoid causing the fryer to burst out and drop.
Product Launch
1. The emissions of products issued should be carefully registered and released in an orderly manner. The payment amount allocated per person for control cannot exceed one box, and only one box can be filled once it is full.
2. Use both hands to hold the box at the bottom of the box to prevent it from missing the end. Gently avoid throwing, dropping, or hitting it.
Shell filling
1. Cannons should be tubes containing bombs, not tubes filled with bombs or shells repeatedly.
2. When the staff refilled the shell and found that the product was moldy, had floating charges, deformed, layered bubbles, cracked propellant box firing, leaking charges, lead bullets, and the binding of the missile main propellant box and other quality defects, they should be filled in for the custodian to hand over.
3. When filling the shell, it is necessary to carefully check the product grouping, number, size, and name for consistency with the markings on the barrel according to the design drawings.
4. Use a rope lifter to bounce the ball (not a pull speed fuse), gently place the launch kit downwards at the bottom of the corresponding specification of the launch tube, fill it up to ensure that the product specifications are consistent with the installation specifications of the gun barrel, and check for excessive clearance between the card or ink cartridge.
